On a tangent, it is interesting that some bits of this (comment about only concerning yourself with the outermost envelope) might perfectly explain how &lt;a title="The Onion Router" href="http://tor.eff.org/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Tor&lt;/a&gt; works.</description>
